The capacity has reached the annual casting productivity of 65,000 tons and annual mould-line capability of 500 thousand boxes. There are 880 employees, including 135 engineers and technicians, 25 with senior technical titles, and 1 profesional senior engineer.

The main equipments are high pressure equalizing piston squeezer molding line of +GF+ from Switzerland, German EIRICH sand preparation machines, American strong and effective shot-blasting chamber, Denmark DISA manipulator style shot-blasting chamber, medium-frequency induction furnaces from American Inductothermy Industry, Italy FA cold-box core making center, ect.

The total building areas of the new workshop of cylinder block semi-finished machining-line are about 11,000 m². Adopt the combination means of flexible and dedicated machines and realize flexible production.

The Foundry got the certificate of ISO9001: 1994 in 1997 , pioneeringly got ISO9001：2000 quality system certificate in 2000 in the domestic automobile field. The Foundry got the certificate of ISO/TS16949 in 2004.
